We have enjoyed good reputation even from elderly and female guests saying they can
have a good time with our cuisine in a very comfortable position.

We hope you enjoy our original dishes, the least favorite foods are fundamentally not be
accepted.
Regarding food allergies, we will take care of it as much as possible.
We are unable to serve vegetarian meals( Lacto, Ovo, vegan, etc.), gluten free meals as
well as halal meals.
If you have any food allergies, please let us know at least 3 days before your stay.
Our cookware can be used jointly in prepare food so that it is difficult for us to use our
cookware separately.
Therefore, we hope customers who have a food allergy can give us your understanding for
this situation.
Seasonings originated from allergenic food such as wheat, soybeans, and eggs may contain
allergens but, in some cases, we cannot exclude these ingredients from your dish. It is
difficult to eliminate seasonings such as soy sauce and miso, which are essential to
Japanese food, as well as bonito and kelp soup stocks, as allergens.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
In addition, to give top priority to the safety of our customers, we are unable to
accommodate and have decided to refuse following requests.
・Case with serious allergic symptoms.
・Who are allergic to a variety of foods, we are unable to fulfill your request in this
case because it is really hard to create menus for customers.
When making a reservation, please ensure to check above contents and make a final decision
by yourself.

If your food allergy is in a single item/dish and its level of allergic symptoms is not
serious, we will accommodate your requests.
In cases, the allergy food cannot serve, we will refund your meals charge if you have
contact us at least 3 days before your stay.
